Jim Smith is a NASM certified personal trainer and fitness expert.  His expertise extends the full range of the fitness world, including but not limited to:  stretching and flexibility, cross fit training, body-building, strength and conditioning, weight loss, diet and nutrition, and post rehabilitation.

Jim has been actively involved in the fitness world most of his life. If it wasn’t dominating his weight class in competitive wrestling it was training passionately in mixed martial arts.  His life revolves around sports and fitness including football, baseball, and track and field.  As Jim’s passion for fitness progressed he became curious as to how to help others achieve their fitness goals.  His curiosity became the spark that would eventually build the fire that is T.I.T.A.N training.

Jim’s drive comes not only from his personal sporting experiences, but from the feeling he gets from adding years to someone’s life or helping someone achieve the results they aimed for.  For many people a healthy lifestyle is hard to achieve because of a lack of fundamental fitness knowledge.  T.I.T.A.N training not only provides the exercises and motivation but also the diet and nutrition knowledge to become a new and better you!
